Abstract:
In article the emphasis is placed, on the one hand, on the general obligatory demands made by the European Union to the countries, expressed desire to join it; on the other hand, on the whole system of measures of assistance and the help from the European Union to the candidate countries during their preparation for the accession to the European Union – it is concrete concerning six East European countries (Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Romania), taking into account as their general specifics both former countries of socialist camp, and specific features of each of them separately.
