Abstract: Modern system of recognition of foreign education in the Russian Federation It is considered last updates and perspectives of the foreign documents of education and of scientific degrees recognition system in the Russian Federation. Scenarios and issues of the foreign education recognition introduced by the Law «About education in the Russian Federation» which is entering into force since 1 September 2013 have been analyzed.
