Abstract:
The authors express the agreement with the widely spread position, according to which the technological modernization of modern Russia is impossible in the absence of its profound and multilateral modernization – modernization of the system of social institutions. On their behalf the authors broaden this statement with idea of impossibility of the technological as well as social modernization without psychological modernization embracing different components of our cognition and behavior. The main ingredients of psychological modernization and hindering it factors are considered.
