Abstract:
The article explores the experience of the three Eastern countries of Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary) to reform the national scientific and educational sectors and building an innovative economy. The purpose of the article – to put regional experience of Eastern Europe in the overall context of EU, giving an overview of the key stages of the reform of national systems of education and S&T in the countries of Eastern Europe, as well as to demonstrate how the various states of the region solve the problem of balanced development within the triangle «science-innovation-education».
