Staff Potential of Russian Science in the Context of Global Trends

Abstract: Development of human resources in science and education requires improving the training of scientific personnel. The article considers the experience of Russian and foreign scientific organizations in the field of science education. Data on the number of the foreign citizens trained in higher education institutions of the USA and Russia are provided. The main mechanisms of development of mobility of scientific shots are considered. The main areas of work of the research organizations in the sphere of personnel policy are presented. The general level of preparation of scientific shots, their professional competences have to provide continuous generation of new scientific knowledge.
