Abstract: The article suggests model of the informational exchange in intellectual activities on the basis of the paradigm of «open innovation». Presents an analysis of the dynamics of the main indicators of the information exchange in intellectual activities. Discloses the main problems hindering exchange of information results of intellectual activity, both at the national and internationally levels. Identified the main direction of information exchange in intellectual activities aimed at ensuring the competitiveness of the Russian economy.
