Modification to the Format of the Final Examination in the English Language in 2017 (Bachelor’s Course)

Abstract: This article is devoted to the modification which was made to the format of the Speaking part of the Final examination in the English language. It was suggested that the students should choose a concrete topic on the basis of the general topics of their basic Business English Coursebook. The students were to prepare a Power Point presentation and deliver it at the Final Examination. After the presentation the students were asked a few questions connected with the topic of the presentation. The students were to answer the questions spontaneously, besides they could speculate about the topic of the presentation using business vocabulary.
