Abstract:
In the article, the author considers the formation and development of the market for investment consulting services. The causes of the market emergence, factors affecting the dynamics of its development, the role of the regulatory and legal legislation of the host country are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the activities of investment advisory companies that assess the in- vestment climate and develop recommendations for potential investors. These companies serve as intermediaries in making decisions about investments. They bring together the positions of foreign investors and national companies that are in need of obtaining financial resources.
