Abstract: In the article the author considers the main directions of international trade in investment consulting services. The main data on the sales of these services on the world market, in particular, in the domestic markets of industrialized countries, are given, an indication is given of the correlation between the dynamics of the provision of services for the implementation of foreign direct investment and the growth of these investments, is indicated on the preferential provision of investment advice services through subsidiaries Companies and branches abroad in the framework of a commercial presence abroad.
