Abstract:
The article analyzes the legal framework for bilateral trade and economic cooperation between Russia and China in the context of expanding relationship in all spheres of mutually beneficial Russian-Chinese cooperation. The author outlines the legal aspects of the regulation of the priority areas and prospects for the economic, political and social cooperation. The current trade and economic relations and promising ways to develop them in the near future, taking into account the legal instruments governing now the bilateral cooperation between Russia and China, are considered. It is noted that the legal framework between the two countries should be improved and fostered.
