Abstract: The article considers the theoretical and functional aspects of the export of dual-use goods, identifies their features of production and application, and analyzes the export control of this type of goods in the Russian Federation. The author considered the legal framework for the implementation of export control in respect of dual-use goods and technologies, analyzed the types of export violations identified in respect of the goods in question in recent years.
