Abstract:
The article deals with the key principles of the procurement activities of an industrial enterprise. The importance of the procurement process is defined, and its goals are presented. The problems that currently arise in the management of the procurement process are described and the characteristics of the main organizational and functional models of the procurement system are given. The advantages and disadvantages of each model are described in detail. The article presents the issue of choosing a model for centralizing procurement activities and describes the factors that influence the choice of an organizational and functional model. The conditions for solving the problem are presented and suggestions for improving the procurement function are given.
