International E-Commerce: Features of Retail Regulation

Abstract: The article examines special aspects that affect the safety of the e-commerce sector, considers the various levels of regulation in this area. The standards and regulations on security in the IT environment are reviewed. The issue of responsibility distribution in the case of real cyber attacks is highlighted, consumer behaviour and their response to the challenges of digitalization are investigated. The necessity of an integrated approach and international cooperation to ensure the safety of the global e-commerce market and protect the interests of participants in transactions is substantiated.
