Abstract:
The article deals with the importance of procurement planning process for a value chain of an industrial enterprise. The author considers the planning problems that companies currently face in procurement. The risks they pose to the enterprise are described in detail. Four main types of needs are considered, and recommendations for dealing with key issues in the planning process are given. Specific actions and modern approaches to improving procurement activities and the efficiency of the planning process in industrial enterprises are proposed.
