Abstract:
The article reveals the current role of the government in the development of Russia’s commercial aviation industry, the economic policy and activities of Ministries and domestic manufacturers in the civil aircraft market. The main state programs aimed at the development and support of the industry, Federal Laws and legal acts in this area analyzed. Priority projects, topical developments and its import dependence in the civil aircraft industry in Russia are overviewed. Based on the study, the areas for the Russian civil aviation industry growth are proposed.
