Abstract:
The end of the 20th century was marked by the creation and rapid evolution of a new type of international trade - cross-border e-commerce, the regulation of which is still under development at both national and international levels. The paper deals with the issues in customs regulation of international postal items - IGOs) - speeding up the processing of the growing flow of parcels and reducing the threshold of duty-free trade. The effects of reducing the threshold of duty-free trade on changes in customs duties in 2018-2020 are studied and the optimal value of this value is suggested.
