Abstract:
The United Arab Emirates is one of the oil-producing countries that decided to use the oil revenues received to finance the development of economic sectors not related to the extraction and processing of hydrocarbons. The UAE mostly focuses on developing wholesale and international trade, the service sectors, as well as industries not related to the extraction and processing of hydrocarbons. Despite the income generated by oil production and exports, the implementation of many projects in the country is financed by foreign investment. To stimulate the inflow of foreign capital to the UAE the regulations encouraging the investment of financial resources have been adopted recently, with limiting the measures to control the activities of investors. Hence, the attention of many foreign investors has been attracted.
