Developing a Mechanism to Enhance Export Diversification in Resource-Based Regions

Abstract: The article outlines the key stages of implementing an organizational and economic mechanism to enhance diversification activity in export operations (DAEO) for resource-based regions. Special attention is paid to developing tools for increasing the DAEO levels and a system for evaluating the effectiveness of measures through dynamics index analysis, enabling timely adjustments to regional export development strategies. The proposed organizational and economic mechanism is vital tool for shaping competitive regional export strategies and ensuring sustainable development amid the rapidly evolving global economy.
