Abstract:
Networking and network process are one of the most inspiring theory in socio- economic science during last years - when knowledge and information are most important. An economy based on knowledge is one directly based on production, distribution and the use of knowledge and information. The notion of a knowledge-based economy should be understood first and foremost, as the definition of a modern stage of economic development, where knowledge is understood as the ability to act and play a decisive role in stimulating social and economic development.
