Abstract: To briefly illustrate the difficulties experienced by women and the chances available for them to succeed as entrepreneurs in this sector, this study gives a brief examination of gender entrepreneurship in general and within the accounting profession. Thestudy examinesthe complex dynamics of gender inequality, how it affects women's entrepreneurial pursuits, and the tactics that can help them succeed. The goal of the essay is to both define the profile of a woman entrepreneur generally and in the accounting industry particularly.
