APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION MECHANISMS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE SPHERE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY IN EU COUNTRIES

Abstract: The article examines approaches to the formation mechanism of state management in the sphere of entrepreneurial activities in the countries of the European Union. Define the objectives of state management in the sphere of entrepreneurial activities, namely the creation of the certain conditions providing normal functioning of economy as a whole and stable participation of businessmen of the country in the international division of labor and getting that profit is optimal. Apart the tools of financial regulation of entrepreneurial activities, including providing direct loans and subsidies, primarily on upgrading and improving the production facilities of the companies at the expense of public funds. Analyzed directions, forms and mechanisms of state control in the sphere of entrepreneurial activities in the EU. The functions of state management in the sphere of entrepreneurial activities in the EU, in particular the development and implementation of the policy on foreign investment and foreign investment in the country. The important role played by the control and regulating function of the system of public administration of foreign economic relations. The article stated that this function involves the implementation of customs, quantitative, currency and other controls over foreign trade operations.
