Abstract: In this article, identify trends dissertation defense in the industry of science "State Government" for greening areas was made by analyzing statistics and dynamics of defense presented using systematization by type of dissertations for specialties, in a kind of public administration, the scale of the object research in key areas for greening and institutions, where there were defended theses.
