POLAND EXPIRIENCE IN SOLVING A PROBLEM OF CHILD`S NEGLECT AND HOMELESSNESS

Abstract: Some peculiarities in organizing system of protection child`s rights in Poland have been analysed and examined in this article. The main function of the judicial, legislative and executive power and local self-governmental bodies in charge of preventing social orphanhood, child`s neglect and homelessness, system of social institutions which help families under hardships and support children without parental care have been considered in this article. It has been stressed on the role of territorial communities in Poland and nongovernmental organizations in this process.
