ASSESSMENT TOOLS EFFECTIVENESS OF THE AUTHORITIES IN THE FIELD OF PUBLIC SERVICE DELIVERY

Abstract: It was established that the system evaluation of government activities in the area of public services, with the successful implementation, can become a source of constant improvement of institutional funding of public services , and improving quality and accessibility to the public. Monitoring results will help to ensure that public services will become more transparent , effective and accessible to every citizen of Ukraine . Monitoring results contribute to a more efficient resolution-making in the planning system and motivation, while asking vector certainty, clarity and structure. Moreover , monitoring is an essential element in the process of public administration , so as to determine the effectiveness of the system of public service delivery , and overall quality of political governance in the country.
