Abstract: The article exposes the features of the cooperation of state and private sector in the management system of urban development activities in Ukraine. Fruitful cooperation of state bodies and business is promising mechanism for implementing investment and construction projects in the building field of country. It was found that the state-private partnership in the field of urban development at the present stage of Ukraine has not acquired sufficient dissemination and practical application. Namely the need for state-private partnership in urban development caused by both lack of budget funds for these programs over the years and not solved problems in this area and wish to join the business to create a single system of urban development. And in our opinion, is to develop cooperation in this area is necessary to create a system of urban cadastre in the cities of Ukraine.
