Abstract:
The article raises anissue of modern public administration studies, social communication and political science on the nature and basic communication outreach between government authorities and citizens in public administration. The information streams between government agencies and citizens have been identified along with defining their cycles and roles in building public opinion and political attitudes in the society. Public administration is the process of adopting and implementing solutions based primarily on the impact of modern information and communication technologies, aspublic administration exercise is impossible without taking into account public opinion, expectations and attitudes.
