Abstract: In the article the experience of EU countries in introduction of eDiplomacy technologies has been researched. Peculiarities of introduction of Twiplomacy and other developments of eDiplomacy have been analysed. Meanwhile, Twitter-diplomacy is assessed as a part of eDiplomacybeing the most actual, effective and imaginary part thereof.
