Abstract:
The article analyzes the present state the process of institutionalization of regional development in Ukraine. The article reviews causes and consequences of the events of the country, and goes on to say feasibility of reforms. Authors are focus the readers’ attention on the economic growth of the state depends on the state and quality of national institutions. The article reviews problems in the reform process at the regional level and direction of their solution. The decentralization considered as the best way of solving local problems. Authors reveal steps of combining community, optimization of the authorities and civil society building.
