ANALYSIS OF PROBLEM ISSUES OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND NATIONAL SECURITY OF UKRAINE IN FOREIGN POLICY

Abstract: In the article the analysis of problematic issues that arise in the process of state administration in the system of ensuring national security of Ukraine in foreign policy in the conditions of military aggression of Russia against Ukraine. It is noted that Ukraine has no territorial claims against neighbouring countries and in no way encroaches on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of any country in the world. It is proved that because of the worsening military and political situation in Ukraine the modern system of public administration and national security of Ukraine in foreign policy is in a state test. Identified certain strategic miscalculations of the Ukrainian authorities led to the annexation of parts of state territory of Ukraine, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, as well as a further escalation of extremist, separatist and terrorist manifestations in the southeastern regions of the state. It is proved that for a proper response to modern challenges and threats to national security of Ukraine in the conditions of military aggression of Russia against Ukraine, it was necessary to consider the entire range of immediate challenges and threats to national security of Ukraine in foreign policy.
