Abstract: The study aimed to promote Bicol University’s environmental education in the National Network of Normal Schools (3NS). Using descriptive research, it highlighted the development of tools for environmental education (EP) among Filipino Education students. Included are the following national universities: Bukidnon State University, Mariano Marcos State University, Palawan State University, Pangasinan State University, Philippine Normal University and Visayas State University. Initial analysis was used to further validate the adopted methods. The sources of data are the following: 1) key assessment results, 2) final assessment results, 3) classroom observations, 4) interview with class observers, 5) focus group discussions, 6) documentaries on lecture series and project implementation, 7) studies on student submissions, and 8) studies on the curriculum guide and lesson plan (planong kapulungan). The curriculum guide for the improvement of EP in Filipino Education courses consists of lessons taught, integration of EP concepts and principles, strategies used for the study, as well as timekeeping. According to the experts, the curriculum guide was proven important in making the lessons easier to teach. Its effectiveness was based on the improvement of skills and appreciation of students that were shown in their submitted outputs, such poems and journals, among others. The final output included instructional materials, providing lessons, interacting with students, authentic tests, and collaboration with stakeholders. Bicol University joins in mainstreaming EP in the curriculum for teacher education, particularly for Filipino Education courses.Layunin ng pag-aaral na ito ang itayo ang Pamantasan ng Bikol sa pag-aaral ng Edukasyong Pangkalikasang Pangnasyonal na Organisasyon ng mga Normal na Pamantasan (3NS). Ginamit ang mapag-unlad na deskriptibo at binigyang-diin ang pagpapaunlad ng mga kagamitan sa EP para sa mag-aaral ng Edukasyong Filipino. Napapabilang dito ang sumusunod na Pambansang Pamantasan: Pamantasan ng Bukidnon, Pamantasan ng Mariano Marcos, Pamantasan ng Palawan, Pamantasan ng Pangasinan, Normal na Pamantasan ng Pilipinas, at ang Pamantasan ng Visayas. Ang paunang pagsusuri ay ginamit para mas bigyang bisa ang mga napagtibay na mga pamamaraan. Ang mga pinagkunan ng mga datos ay ang sumusunod: (1) Resulta ng Pangunahing Pagtataya, (2) Resulta ng Panghuling Pagtataya, (3) Obserbasyon sa mga klase, (4) Pakikipanayam sa mga tagapagmasid ng klase, (5) Mga diskusyon sa mga pokus na grupo, (6) Mga Dokumentaryo ng mga Serye ng Lektura at Pagpapatupad ng mga Proyekto, (7) Pag-aaral sa mga isinumite ng mga mag-aaral, at (8) Pag-aaral ng Gabay na Kurikulum at mga planong kapulungan. Ang Gabay sa Kurikulum para sa pagpapaunlad ng EP sa mga Kurso ng Edukasyong Filipino na binubuo ng mga araling itinuro, pagsasama ng mga konsepto at prinsipyo ng EP, mga estratehiyang ginamit sa pag-aaral gayundin ang pagtatala ng oras. Batay sa mga eksperto, ang Gabay sa Kurikulum ay napatunayang mahalaga sa mas madaling pagtuturo ng mga aralin. Ang bisa ng pakikipamagitan ay naitala batay sa pag-unlad ng kakayahan, pagpapahalaga ng mga mag-aaral na naipakita sa kanilang mga isinumiteng awtput tulad ng Tulang mga Ambahan, Panugmang Tula, mga Jornal, at iba pa. Ang mga gawaing naitala sa pagpapatupad ay nakapaloob ang mga kagamitang instruksiyonal, pagbibigay ng mga aralin, pakikisalamuha sa mga mag-aaral, awtentikong pagsusulit, at pakikipagtulungan sa stakeholders. Ang pamantasan ng Bikol ay nakikiisa sa pagpapalaganap ng EP sa Kurikulum ng Edukasyong Pangguro lalo na sa mga Kursong Edukasyon Dalubhasa sa wikang Filipino.
