Analysis Of Conversion Strategies According To The Variables Affecting Application Success Of Enterprise Systems

Abstract: Enterprise systems, supply chain management systems, customer relationship management systems and information management systems become main systems, defining digital firms. When replacing the old systems with the new ones, lots of variables like risk, cost, time etc. must be taken into the consideration. These variables play an important role to choose the appropriate conversion strategies, These are mainly phased, pilot, direct cutover and parallel strategies. In this study, which variables have an effect on which conversion strategies are examined.
