Abstract: Corporates Social Responsibility (CSR) and the role of the business units have expanded in society along with global trade development. In addition, significant international development has occurred in the CSR movements, and this development is observable in the research evolution of CSR transparently. Even, the relationship between the government and CSR has been studied. In two-three recent decades, attention to the effects of the corporate in society has led to the emerging and important concept in business research called CSR. This research aims at assessing the viewpoints and models of the concept of social responsibilities. This research is applied according to the fundamental objective, is research based on its nature, and the data collection method is librarian. The findings of the research showed that according to the financial collapse and scandal of some companies such as Enron at the beginning of the 21st century, discussion about the rank of CSR in the global economy, and particularly the international corporates has increased to improve the social and environmental conditions. The objective of corporates is to increase efficiency and profit. Negligence to the social and environmental issues and similar cases makes problems for the corporate and undoubtedly influences the activities and mission of the corporate, as well as its success.
