Abstract: Capital structure is one of the successful apparatuses of administration to oversee the fetched of capital. An ideal capital structure is achieved when the capital cost is not much. In spite of the fact that a few ponders have been done on the determinants of capital structure, imperative questions remain on what are the determinants of the capital structure of firms in different sector. This study aims at determining the impact of benefit on capital structure of recorded cement firms in Nigeria and descriptive and ex-post facto design to ascertain establish firm’s distinctiveness of capital structure among Nigeria’s cement firms. Also, correlation and regression analysis will be used for this research.
