Abstract: Paper investigates the case of two submarkets of contemporary Russian Real Estate market: single houses and so-called cottages. Comparative analysis and model building was done on the databases for Odintsovo district (sample of sales for single houses and sample of listing prices for cottages) and on Tver and Novgorod databases.
