Karl-Werner Schulte
ERES from European Real Estate Society (ERES)
Abstract:
The Annual Conferences of the above mentioned societies are the largest within the IRES network. The research interests of academics and practitioners who present papers at these conferences seem to be different from region to region. The intention of this paper is to find out which research topics are dominant in Northern America, Asia, Europe and the Pacific Rim and whether different research approaches can be identified.
