Continuous Education in Real Estate

Abstract: We will examine the ways in which university and industry are reacting to the demands for continuous education as a key issue for Real Estate professionals development. The focus will be on a key issues and problems encountered in Europe and Slovenia. New model, of lifelong learning in the context of university education which has been developed at the University of Ljubljana, will be presented. The aim of the model is to fulfil the needs of professional development in a contemporary society. The model is based on the computer supported collaborative learning, supporting the new organization of teaching and learning with the ICT.
