Abstract: The paper provides an evolutionary view of quality with special emphasis on the future of globalization and systemic approach to the culture of excellence. The overview of TQM is viewed through the prism of seven elements of TQMEX - TQM Excellence Model. Business excellence is seen through three levels: the micro-level, the regional and the global level. The paper is combining the existing knowledge about the evolutionary business excellence, and its main purpose is to give guidelines for development of global culture of excellence which is seen as the product of integrating quality conceptions created within the national economies and key assumptions of global benchmarking. The positive example and the nucleus of the global culture of quality is the unification of ASQ, EOQ, IAQ, JUSE within WAQ World Alliance for the quality and international projects that were made on the basis of a common desire to exchange quality experiences.
