Tomislav Rados ()

Economic Thought and Practice, 2010, vol. 19, issue 2, 163-183

Abstract: This paper explains the results of the research conducted in Croatian companies during 2004, 2005 and 2006. The hypothesis of the study is that the critical factors for the successful strategy implementation are the following: clearly defined responsibilities and authorities, strategy demonstration via the system of operational plans, adjustment of organizational structure to the strategy, strategy communication on all organizational levels and continuous strategy adjustment to the business conditions. Following the conducted research, this hypothesis is confirmed.
