Abstract:
Automobile industry is one of the biggest and the most important industries in the world and automobile producers are globally considered to be among the biggest and strongest companies. In this paper the analysis focuses on the conditions and characteristics of the automobile industry before and after the current world financial crisis. Furthermore, the government interventions in the automobile industry and the changes they caused are described as well. Perspectives of automobile industry are related to the development of new technologies and continuous progress in the developing and less developed markets.
