Enabling global payment capabilities for new channels: Case study
Marcus Treacher
Journal of Payments Strategy & Systems, 2007, vol. 2, issue 1, 21-26
Abstract:
The banking service provider's ability to adapt to change can determine success or failure in the global payments space. Adapting to change is an art, a science and a critical skill. Through a case study of HSBC's recent experience with corporate clients, this paper relays an international banking organisation's experience and lessons learned in developing approaches to successful change management in payments.
