Abstract:
Operations is a primary activity for a fund management business. As such, a business that wants to be world-class needs to have a leading operating model. A key element of such a model is the staff. It is necessary to put a sustained focus upon how to develop world-class operational staff to ensure the securities industry is fit to embrace the significant future developments that are expected.
