Abstract:
After many years of discussion the regulation on AnaCredit has arrived. As of reporting date 30th of September, 2018, credit institutions are required to periodically report 88 attributes and seven identifiers for all customers being legal entities with a balance above €25,000. A number of main challenges on internal organisation, data management and data set completeness should be properly addressed, together with the country specific circumstances that may exist. As AnaCredit will be a recurring reporting process banks are strongly advised to choose a structural reporting solution in order to ensure the requirements can be regularly fulfilled.
