Abstract:
This paper is aimed at providing an overview of corporate actions, the key participants, the major categories and the flow of associated events. It also throws light on how and when the events take place. The purpose, type and impact of various corporate actions are discussed, and the paper also elaborates on the sequence of activities associated with a corporate action event.
