Abstract:
In this article, it is intended the analysis, from the point of view of their presence in current anthroponymy and toponymy, of those designations that show a person’s different origin from that of the native population, without indicating what this ethnicity is. The respective appellations are: sudit (subject, or citizen), străin (foreigner), venetic (alien), colonist (settler), băjenar (refugee).
