Bonds issues and new fiscal decisions in the Italian market

Abstract: A recent fiscal decision on the repurchase clauses of bond issues is in line with the Consob guidelines in the field of illiquid financial products. In particular, the decision is consistent with the aim of transparent, fair and diligent operators behaviour, also established by MiFid Directive.
