The Business Model Analysis is a pillar of the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (Srep): it consists of a comprehensive analysis of banks’ business models to assess their viability and sustainability, and to score related risks. To meet supervisory expectations embedded in the Srep approach, banks must upgrade their Strategic-planning process
