Abstract: Digitization can open new scenarios for banks by 2020, bringing an innovative way of thinking and bottom-up innovation processes. It is a challenge in which the key factor is how fast banks will react to the increasing pressure of digitization, through a reorientation towards the customer and the digital environment and a renewal of skills and capabilities. A recent McKinsey Report gives new insight on the relationship between banks and Fintech companies and on the future impact of digitization
