Abstract:
A National Agreement on Commercial Policies and Work Organization has been signed in Rome between ABI and the banking sector's Trade Unions. The Agreement defines a number of innovative initiatives to reaffirm the strong belief in the ethical values that must be of inspiration in shaping the relationship between the banking world, its personnel and its customers
