Abstract:
The measurement of the Compliance Function performance is a relevant and innovative issue for banks and it involves some questions about the methods to be adopted and their implementation within an integrated and effective system.This paper highlights the peculiarities and the key design elements of the measurement system. It also outlines further developments through its integration within the corporate performance management system
