Abstract: Financial advisory in Italy is deeply changing and many barriers are falling. Advisors now wear different clothes: they can be employees or agents, serve different customer segments, with new needs and sensibilities. It is necessary to identify new combinations of financial advisors needs, technology and service models that optimize value for both customers and advisors
